From Gulmarg, head southeast on the Gulmarg Road. Continue on this road for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the fork at Tangmarg. Keep left at the fork to continue on the main road towards Drung. After about 5 kilometers, you will see signs directing you to Drung Waterfall. There is a parking area near the entrance where you can safely leave your car.

To reach Drung Waterfall via public transport, start at Gulmarg and take a local bus or shared taxi to Tangmarg. The bus service is frequent and costs around ₹50-₹100. Upon reaching Tangmarg, you can hire a local taxi for about ₹300-₹500 to take you directly to Drung Waterfall. The taxi ride is about 15 minutes from Tangmarg. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.

For those feeling adventurous, after reaching the parking area near Drung Waterfall, it is a short hike of approximately 1 kilometer to the actual waterfall. Follow the marked trail leading towards the waterfall. The path is relatively easy but be cautious of uneven terrain and slippery rocks.
