The buses to Cherthala are frequent and the journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Cherthala, you can ask the bus conductor to drop you at the nearest stop to Thuravoor. It's best to get off at the Cherthala bus station or any stop that indicates Thuravoor. From there, you can take an auto-rickshaw or a local taxi to Thuravoor Temple, which is about 6 km away.
