Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Fort Kochi Beach area, head east towards the direction of the Santa Cruz Basilica. Walk past the Basilica and continue straight. You will come to a T-junction. Turn left onto Kunnumpuram Road. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach River Road. Vasco da Gama Square will be on your right, just at the junction with River Road.

    From the Chinese Fishing Nets, walk towards the direction of the Fort Kochi bus stop, which is about 1 km away. Once you reach the bus stop, turn left onto Kunnumpuram Road. Walk along Kunnumpuram Road for approximately 700 meters. Vasco da Gama Square will be located on your left at the intersection with River Road.

    If you are coming from the St. Francis Church, exit the church and head south towards the beach. Once you reach the beach, turn left and walk along the shoreline. After about 600 meters, you will see Kunnumpuram Road. Turn left onto Kunnumpuram Road and walk straight for about 300 meters. Vasco da Gama Square will be on your right at the junction with River Road.

    From the Kerala Folklore Museum, head south towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, take a left onto Kunnumpuram Road. Continue walking on Kunnumpuram Road for about 1.2 km. Vasco da Gama Square will be on your left at the intersection with River Road.
