Walking
If you are starting from Fort Kochi, walk towards the main road, and catch a local bus or auto-rickshaw to Thoppumpady. The bus stop is located near the Fort Kochi beach. Take bus number 1 or 3 towards Ernakulam. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Thoppumpady stop. From there, walk towards the Cochin Port Trust (COPT) area, where you'll find the entrance to the COPT Avenue Walkway.

If you are in Ernakulam, head to the Ernakulam South Railway Station. Exit the station and look for auto-rickshaws or local buses that go to Thoppumpady. You can take bus number 3 or 12. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Thoppumpady stop. From there, walk towards Gateway of Cochin Bridge, and you will see the COPT Avenue Walkway entrance.

From the Mattancherry Palace, walk to the bus stop near the palace entrance. Take bus number 1 or 3 towards Ernakulam. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the Thoppumpady stop. From there, it's a short walk to the COPT Avenue Walkway located by the Gateway of Cochin Bridge.

If you are near the Marine Drive area, walk to the nearest bus stop and take a bus heading towards Thoppumpady. You can take bus number 3. After around 15-20 minutes, get off at the Thoppumpady stop. Walk towards the waterfront, and you will see the COPT Avenue Walkway along the coast.
