If you're traveling by car from the Konkan Coast, you will first need to get onto the NH66 highway. Follow the signs to Mumbai. Once you reach Mumbai, navigate to Dharavi. Enter Dharavi via Sion-Dharavi Link Road, and take a left onto Kumbharwada Road. Look for No: 52/B, Kumbharwada, which is where the Mumbai Slum Tour is located. Parking may be limited, so plan accordingly.

To reach the Mumbai Slum Tour via public transportation, first take a train from your nearest station on the Konkan Coast to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) or Dadar station. From there, you can catch a local train towards the Churchgate or Andheri line. Get off at Dadar station and transfer to a local train on the Western Line going towards Virar. Get off at Mahim station. From Mahim, you can take an auto-rickshaw or local taxi to Kumbharwada, Dharavi (approximately 15-20 mins). The address is No: 52/B, Kumbharwada, Ajmer, Dharavi, Mumbai.

For a more budget-friendly option, you can take a long-distance bus from various locations along the Konkan Coast to Mumbai. Once you arrive in Mumbai, head to the nearest bus terminal and take a bus towards Dharavi. You can also take a local BEST bus to Sion and then change to another bus that goes to Dharavi. Ensure you confirm the route with the bus operators. Get off at the nearest stop to Kumbharwada and walk to No: 52/B, Kumbharwada, Ajmer, Dharavi.
