Car
If you are driving from Leh, head northeast on the Leh-Manali Highway (NH3) and continue for approximately 12 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Guphuks viewpoint, and take a left turn onto a smaller road that leads towards the viewpoint area. Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the parking area for Guphuks viewpoint. Be cautious as the road can be narrow and winding.
Public Transportation
From Leh, you can take a local shared taxi or minibus heading towards the Guphuks area. You will need to ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to the Guphuks viewpoint. This should cost around INR 100-200 per person. Once you are dropped off, it's a short 15-20 minute walk uphill to the viewpoint. Follow the well-marked path leading to the viewpoint.
Walking
For those who prefer to hike, you can start your journey from Leh. It will take approximately 2-3 hours to walk to the Guphuks viewpoint, depending on your pace. Follow the Leh-Manali Highway until you reach the turnoff for Guphuks viewpoint, then take the small trail leading up the hill. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water, as the trail can be steep in places.
