If you are driving from Leh, head north on NH 1 towards Khardung La Pass. The journey will take approximately 2-3 hours, depending on road conditions. Once you reach the top of Khardung La, enjoy the breathtaking views before continuing down the other side. After descending, follow the signs for Nubra Valley, which will lead you through scenic landscapes until you reach Diskit, the main town in Nubra Valley. From Diskit, follow the road signs towards the Nubra Valley Sand Dunes, located near Hunder, which is about 7 km away. The sand dunes are easily accessible from the main road.
