Getting There

Walking
If you are in the Main Square of McLeodganj, start walking towards the main road (Bhagsu Road). From there, head towards the direction of the Triund Hill trail. The Regional Mountaineering Centre is located on the trail to Triund Hill. It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the Main Square. Look for signs pointing towards Triund Hill, and you will see the Centre along the way.

Taxi
If you prefer not to walk, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in McLeodganj. Simply tell the driver to take you to the Triund Hill trailhead. The fare should be around INR 100-200 depending on your starting point. Once you reach the trailhead, the Regional Mountaineering Centre is just a short walk away in the direction of the trail.

For budget travelers, you can catch a local bus heading towards Dharamshala and ask the driver to drop you near the Bhagsu Temple. From there, walk towards the Main Square and follow the directions to the Triund Hill trail. This option may take longer but is cost-effective. The bus fare is typically around INR 10-30.
