From Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CST), take a local train on the Western Line towards Churchgate. Get down at Churchgate station. Exit the station and head towards the east towards Marine Drive. Walk south along Marine Drive until you reach the intersection with Netaji Subhash Road. Turn left onto Netaji Subhash Road and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Babulnath Road, then turn left onto Laburnum Road. Mani Bhavan Gandhi Sangrahalaya will be on your right at 19, Laburnum Road.

If you are near the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro Line, take the metro towards Ghatkopar. Alight at Andheri station and switch to the Western Line local train towards Churchgate. Get off at the Churchgate station. From here, follow the same walking directions as mentioned above: exit the station, walk south on Marine Drive, turn left onto Netaji Subhash Road, and follow it to Laburnum Road.

Auto Rickshaw
If you are at a central location like CST or Churchgate, you can easily find an auto rickshaw. Tell the driver to take you to Mani Bhavan, Laburnum Road, Babulnath. The fare should be reasonable, but always confirm the price before starting. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.

If you are near Girgaum Chowpatty, you can walk to Mani Bhavan. Start at Chowpatty Beach and walk north towards Marine Drive. Continue along Marine Drive until you reach the intersection with Netaji Subhash Road. Turn left onto Netaji Subhash Road, continue straight, and then turn left onto Babulnath Road. Finally, turn left onto Laburnum Road, and you will find Mani Bhavan on your right.

Check for BEST bus routes that go towards Babulnath. Routes like 81, 107, or 139 can take you close to your destination. Get off at the Babulnath stop and walk along Babulnath Road until you reach Laburnum Road. Turn left onto Laburnum Road, and Mani Bhavan Gandhi Sangrahalaya will be on your right.
