If you are driving from Munnar town, head southwest on the Munnar - Kochi Highway (NH 49) towards the Mattupetty direction. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction for Mattupetty. Turn right onto SH18 and follow the road for approximately 5 kilometers. The Madupatty Tea Factory will be on your left. Look for signage indicating the factory entrance. Parking is available on site.

From Munnar, you can take a public bus heading to Mattupetty. Buses depart frequently from the Munnar bus station. The fare is usually around ₹20-₹30. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Mattupetty bus stop, you can either walk approximately 2 kilometers to the Madupatty Tea Factory or hire a local auto-rickshaw for a fare of around ₹50-₹100.
