You will reach a junction; take a left onto Main Road. Walk for another 800 meters until you see the entrance to Pahari Mandir on your right. The National Flag is located at the top of the hill adjacent to the temple.

Find an auto rickshaw at a nearby stand or hail one on the street. Tell the driver to take you to Pahari Mandir. The ride should take around 15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach the base of the hill, you will need to walk up the steps to the temple and the National Flag area.
