Walking
If you are in the central area of Ranchi, start by heading towards Albert Ekka Chowk. From there, take Main Road and continue straight until you reach Circular Road. At the junction, take a right onto Circular Road. Follow this road for about 1 km, and you will see a sign for Pahari Mandir directing you to the left. Continue on this path, and you will arrive at the base of the hill where the temple is located. Please note that the temple is situated on a hill, so you will need to climb approximately 500 steps to reach the temple itself.
Rickshaw
From your location, find a nearby auto-rickshaw stand or wave down a passing rickshaw. Tell the driver 'Pahari Mandir' or show them the address: Shiv Shanti Path, Pahari Mandir, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834001. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The rickshaw will drop you off at the base of the steps leading up to the temple.
Public Transport
You can take a local bus heading towards Kumhartoli. Ask the bus conductor to drop you at the nearest stop for Pahari Mandir. Once you get off, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the temple. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the base of the temple where you will find the steps leading up.
