    Start at the Rishikesh bus station and head south on the main road (Tapovan Road) towards Laxman Jhula. Continue walking for about 20 minutes until you reach Laxman Jhula, a famous suspension bridge. Cross the bridge and take a left towards the Ganga River. Keep walking along the riverbank for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with the Neelkanth Road. Turn right onto Neelkanth Road and continue walking for about 5 km. You will pass by several small shops and cafes. After about 1 hour of walking, you will see signs for George Everest House. Follow the signs that lead you uphill for another 30 minutes until you reach the entrance of George Everest House.
