Walking
If you're starting from the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple, head south towards the main road (Vishwanath Gali). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Godowlia Chowk. From Godowlia Chowk, take the left onto the main road (Bhelupur Road) and keep walking for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for signs towards Durga Kund, which is a well-known landmark. After approximately a 20-minute walk, you will reach Durga Kund, which is on your right side.

Rickshaw
From your hotel in the Varanasi city center, hire an auto-rickshaw and tell the driver to take you to Durga Kund. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Most drivers will know this destination, but it's helpful to show them the name written in Hindi: 'दुर्गाकुंड'. The rickshaw will drop you off near the temple complex, from where you can walk to the main area.

Local Bus
Locate the nearest bus stop and check for buses heading towards Bhelupur. Board the bus and ask the conductor to let you know when to get off at Durga Kund. The bus ride may take approximately 30 minutes. Once you get off, follow the signs to Durga Kund, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
