Once you're on the train, stay on until you reach the Van Buren St. station in Chicago. From the station, walk north on S. State St. to E. 18th St. and then turn left. Continue until you reach N. Cannon Dr. and turn right. The Walter Family Arctic Tundra will be on your left.

Starting from downtown Gary, walk to the South Shore Line train station located at 300 W 4th Ave. Purchase a ticket for the train heading towards Chicago. Once on the train, stay on until you reach the Van Buren St. station in Chicago. After disembarking, walk north on S. State St. to E. 18th St. and turn left. Proceed until you reach N. Cannon Dr. and turn right. The Walter Family Arctic Tundra will be on your left.
