    To reach Mounds State Park from The Dunes, start by heading east on IN-20 E. Continue on IN-20 E for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with I-65. Merge onto I-65 S toward Indianapolis. After about 30 miles, take exit 240 for IN-67 N toward Anderson. Follow IN-67 N for about 15 miles until you reach Anderson. Take the exit for IN-32 E, then merge onto Mounds Rd. You'll find Mounds State Park at 4306 Mounds Rd, Anderson, IN 46017. Parking is available at the park entrance, and there may be a small parking fee.

    Public Transportation

    If you're using public transportation, take a Greyhound or local bus service to Anderson, IN, which is the nearest city to Mounds State Park. Once you arrive in Anderson, you will need to take a taxi or a rideshare service to Mounds State Park, as there is no direct public transit to the park.
