From The Dunes, head east on Dune Acres Road toward US-12. Turn right onto US-12 and continue for about 3 miles. When you reach the intersection with IN-49, turn left onto IN-49. After approximately 2 miles, you'll see signs for Indiana Dunes National Park Lakeview. Follow the signs to the parking area.

If you are using public transportation, start by taking the NICTD South Shore Line train from the nearest train station in The Dunes to the Michigan City station. Once you arrive at Michigan City (approximately a 30-minute ride), you can take a taxi or rideshare service to the Indiana Dunes National Park Lakeview area, which is about 5 miles from the train station.
