From the center of Yellowwood State Forest, head southwest on Yellowwood Lake Road. Continue for approximately 2 miles until you reach State Road 46. Turn left onto State Road 46 and drive for about 5 miles. You will see signs for Nashville, IN. As you approach Nashville, look for the intersection with State Road 135. Turn right onto State Road 135 and drive for about 1.5 miles. The entrance to Ten O'clock Line Nature Preserve will be on your right. Make sure to park your car in the designated parking area.
