    Getting There

    Car

    If you are traveling by car, start from the main town of Banda Neira. Head east on Jalan Sultan Amir, then continue onto Jalan Alun-Alun. Follow the road as it curves to the right and becomes Jalan Banda. After about 1.5 kilometers, take a left onto a dirt road leading toward Nusantara. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you toward Puncak Lewerani. The total drive should take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on road conditions.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Puncak Lewerani via public transportation, first take a local bus or 'angkot' from Banda Neira to Nusantara. The fare is usually around IDR 10,000. Once you arrive in Nusantara, you may need to negotiate a ride with a local motorcycle taxi (ojek) to take you to the trailhead near Puncak Lewerani. The motorcycle taxi ride will cost approximately IDR 20,000. The trail to the peak starts from the road where the motorcycle taxi drops you off.

    Hiking

    After reaching the drop-off point, you will need to hike to reach Puncak Lewerani. The trail is well-marked but can be steep in some sections, so make sure to wear comfortable hiking shoes. The hike will take about 30-45 minutes depending on your pace. Bring plenty of water and snacks, as there are no facilities along the trail.
