Car
If you are driving from Surabaya, take the Jl. Raya Surabaya - Malang (Route 11) heading east. Continue on this road for approximately 138 km until you reach the town of Lumajang. Once in Lumajang, follow the signs to Pronojiwo. From Pronojiwo, head towards Mulyoarjo. The waterfall is located at the end of a small road, and you will need to park your car at the designated parking area. A small parking fee may be required.
Public Transportation
To reach Kapas Biru Waterfall using public transportation, take a bus from Surabaya to Lumajang. Buses frequently leave from the Purabaya Bus Terminal. After arriving in Lumajang, you can take a local minibus or ojek (motorcycle taxi) to Pronojiwo. Make sure to inform the driver that you are heading to Kapas Biru Waterfall. From Pronojiwo, you may need to walk or hire another ojek to reach the waterfall's entrance. Expect to pay around IDR 20,000 for the bus fare and additional costs for the local transport.
Walking
Once you reach the parking area near Kapas Biru Waterfall, you will need to walk a short distance to get to the waterfall itself. The path is well-marked, but be prepared for some steep sections. Wear comfortable shoes and carry water, as the walk can be tiring but offers beautiful views along the way.
