Continue on this road for about 18 kilometers until you reach the town of Sumbermanjing Wetan. From there, follow the signs to Tambakrejo Beach, which is the main access point for Sempu Island. The journey should take approximately 1 hour. Once you reach Tambakrejo Beach, you will need to park your vehicle at the designated parking area (usually costs around IDR 10,000).
