If you are driving from Malang, head east on Jalan Raya Tumpang and continue straight until you reach the junction with Jalan Raya Lumajang. Turn right onto Jalan Raya Lumajang and follow the signs towards Lumajang. After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards Pronojiwo and follow the road until you reach Jalan Tumpak Sewu.
