Head southeast on the Trans-Sumba Highway (Jalan Trans Sumba) and follow the road signs towards Nggaha Oriangu. After approximately 100 km, take a turn towards Makamenggit. Bukit Wairinding is located at the coordinates 84C2+5G3, which you can input into your GPS. Make sure to check the condition of the roads as they can vary, and consider using a vehicle with good clearance if traveling during the rainy season.

• Public Transportation (Minibus)

  For those opting for public transportation, you can catch a minibus from Waingapu to Nggaha Oriangu. Buses and minibuses leave from the main terminal in Waingapu throughout the day. The fare is approximately IDR 30,000 to IDR 50,000, depending on the vehicle and season. Once you arrive at Nggaha Oriangu, you can hire a local ojek (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Bukit Wairinding. The ojek ride should cost around IDR 10,000 to IDR 20,000.
