Head to the Gili Trawangan harbor and purchase a fast boat ticket to Bangsal Harbor in Lombok; this typically costs around IDR 150,000 - IDR 250,000. Upon arrival at Bangsal, rent a car or hire a taxi to Tetebatu. The drive will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, heading southeast towards Tetebatu. Follow signs towards Selong and then to Jalan Raya Tetebatu. The waterfall is located along Jalan Raya in Tetebatu.

From Gili Islands, take the fast boat from Gili Trawangan to Bangsal Harbor. After arriving, look for a local bemo (shared minivan) heading towards Tetebatu. The fare for the bemo is usually around IDR 20,000 - IDR 30,000 per person. Once in Tetebatu, ask the driver to drop you off at Jalan Raya. From there, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the waterfall or hire a local guide for a more convenient experience.
