Getting There

Car

From the center of Rantepao, head southeast on Jl. Sisingamangaraja toward Jl. Poros Rantepao-Makale. Continue on this road for approximately 10 km until you reach the town of Makale. Upon entering Makale, follow the signs for Lemo. After about 4 km, you will see a sign for Kuburan Batu Lemo on your left. Turn left onto XV4G+XWW and follow the road to the entrance of the site. From Rantepao, locate the local minibus terminal (known as 'angkot' station). Look for a minibus heading to Makale, which should cost around IDR 10,000-15,000. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes.
