From Klungkung, take the road to Nusa Penida and follow signs to Sanur. Here, you will need to take a ferry to Nusa Lembongan. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes and costs around IDR 75,000 (~$5) per person. Once you arrive at Nusa Lembongan, you can rent a scooter or take a local taxi to reach Blue Lagoon Snorkeling, which is located at Jl. Blue Lagoon Ceningan.
