From Ubud, head south on Jl. Raya Ubud towards Jl. Raya Pengosekan. Continue straight for about 15 km until you reach the intersection with Jl. Raya Sakah. Turn right onto Jl. Raya Sakah and follow it for approximately 10 km. You will then reach the junction leading to Nusa Penida. Take a left turn onto the ferry terminal road. There is a ferry cost of around IDR 80,000 to IDR 150,000 (varies by operator) for a one-way ticket. The ferry ride to Nusa Penida takes about 30-45 minutes. Once on Nusa Penida, hire a local taxi or scooter to reach Pasih Andus, which is approximately a 40-minute drive from the port.

Take a local bus or shuttle service from Ubud to Sanur. This will cost around IDR 50,000 to IDR 100,000 and takes about 30 minutes. Once in Sanur, head to the Sanur Beach ferry terminal. Purchase a ferry ticket to Nusa Penida, which will cost approximately IDR 80,000 to IDR 150,000. The ferry ride takes 30-45 minutes. After arriving at Nusa Penida, you can rent a scooter or arrange for a taxi to take you to Pasih Andus, which is roughly a 40-minute drive from the port.
