To reach Broken Beach from Ubud by car, start by heading south on Jalan Raya Ubud toward Jalan Monkey Forest. Continue until you reach the junction with Jalan Raya Pengosekan. Turn left onto Jalan Raya Pengosekan and follow it until you reach the junction with Jalan Raya Mas. Turn right onto Jalan Raya Mas and continue until you reach the road to Nusa Penida. You will need to drive to Sanur harbor, which takes approximately 45 minutes. From Sanur, take a speedboat to Nusa Penida (approximately 30 minutes, costing around IDR 200,000-300,000 one way). Upon arrival at Nusa Penida, hire a local taxi or rent a scooter to reach Broken Beach, which is about a 30-minute drive.

For those using public transport, take a bemo (local minibus) from Ubud to Sanur. The trip will take around 30-45 minutes and costs approximately IDR 30,000-50,000. Once in Sanur, head to the harbor and purchase a ticket for a speedboat to Nusa Penida (costing around IDR 200,000-300,000). After you arrive at Nusa Penida, you can either rent a scooter or find a local taxi to take you to Broken Beach, which is about a 30-minute drive from the harbor.
