From Ubud, take Jalan Raya Ubud heading south. Continue straight for about 20 minutes until you reach the junction with Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai. Turn right onto Jalan Bypass and drive for approximately 45 minutes, following the signs to Nusa Penida. Once you reach Sanur, look for the ferry terminal, where you will need to purchase a ticket for a boat to Nusa Penida. The ferry ride takes around 30-45 minutes. Upon arrival at Nusa Penida, you can hire a local taxi or motorbike to reach Manta Bay. The ride from the port to Manta Bay is about 30 minutes.

The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Sanur, head to the ferry terminal. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Nusa Penida (approximately IDR 150,000 - IDR 200,000). The ferry ride will take about 30-45 minutes. After arriving at Nusa Penida, you can find local taxis or rent a motorbike to take you to Manta Bay, which is around a 30-minute drive from the port.
