From Ubud, head south on Jalan Raya Ubud towards Jalan Monkey Forest. Continue on Jalan Raya Ubud, which will merge into Jalan Raya Campuhan. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Jalan Raya Sayan. Turn right onto Jalan Raya Sayan and continue straight until you reach a junction. Take a left onto Jalan Raya Tjampuhan. Follow this road until it turns into Jalan Raya Tanjung Benoa. Continue for about 20 km until you reach Sanur, where you will need to park your car. From here, you will take a boat to Nusa Penida.

At Sanur, purchase a ticket for a fast boat to Nusa Penida. The boat ride usually takes about 30-45 minutes. Ensure you check the schedule and arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to secure your spot. The cost of the boat ticket typically ranges from IDR 150,000 to IDR 200,000, depending on the operator.

Upon arrival at Nusa Penida, you will need to hire a local taxi or rent a scooter to reach Manta Point. The journey from the harbor to Manta Point takes about 40 minutes. The road can be bumpy; therefore, a taxi might be the best option for comfort. Expect to pay around IDR 300,000 for a taxi ride to Manta Point.
