If you are driving from Ubud, head southeast on Jl. Raya Ubud towards Jl. Raya Andong. Continue straight for about 8 km until you reach Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai. Turn left onto Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai and follow the signs towards Klungkung. After approximately 22 km, take the exit towards Nusa Penida. From the port, take a ferry to Nusa Penida (approximately 30 minutes). Once in Nusa Penida, you can rent a scooter or hire a local driver to take you to Paluang Cliff, which is about a 30-minute drive from the port. Note that the ferry ride will cost around 75,000 IDR per person one way.
