Car
If you are driving from Ubud, head southeast on Jl. Raya Ubud towards Jl. Raya Andong. Continue straight for about 8 km until you reach Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai. Turn left onto Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai and follow the signs towards Klungkung. After approximately 22 km, take the exit towards Nusa Penida. From the port, take a ferry to Nusa Penida (approximately 30 minutes). Once in Nusa Penida, you can rent a scooter or hire a local driver to take you to Paluang Cliff, which is about a 30-minute drive from the port. Note that the ferry ride will cost around 75,000 IDR per person one way.

Public Transportation
To reach Paluang Cliff via public transportation, start by taking a local bemo (minibus) from Ubud to the nearest major bus terminal, which is in Denpasar. From Denpasar, head to the Sanur area where you can catch a public boat to Nusa Penida. The boat ride takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 75,000 IDR. Once you arrive in Nusa Penida, you will need to hire a local taxi or rent a scooter to reach Paluang Cliff, which is about a 30-minute ride from the harbor.
