Raya Sanggingan and follow it until you reach the T-junction at Jl. Raya Penestanan. Turn left and continue until you reach the junction with Jl. Raya Sayan. Take a right onto Jl. Raya Sayan, which will lead you towards the Sayan Village. Follow the signs to Nusa Penida. You will need to take a ferry from Sanur to Nusa Penida. The ferry ride costs around IDR 150,000 to IDR 300,000 depending on the operator. Once you arrive at Nusa Penida, rent a scooter or a car to access Manta Point, which is approximately a 30-minute drive from the port.
