    If you are starting from Malioboro Street, head south towards Jalan Pasar Kembang. Turn left onto Jalan Pasar Kembang and continue until you reach the intersection with Jalan Mangkubumi. Turn right onto Jalan Mangkubumi and walk until you reach the traffic light at the intersection with Jalan Pangeran Diponegoro. Cross the street and continue walking straight. You will pass by several shops and restaurants. After about 1 km, you will reach the intersection with Jalan Wijilan. Turn left onto Jalan Wijilan. Sonobudoyo Museum Office, Unit II is located at No.27D on your right.

    From your location, find the nearest Trans Jogja bus stop. Take the bus number 1A or 1B heading towards the Malioboro area. Get off at the 'Malioboro 2' stop.
