    If you are near the Kraton Palace (Sultan's Palace), start your journey by heading southwest on Jl. Regent towards Jl. Siti Jenar. Continue walking until you reach Jl. Gamelan Raya. Turn left onto Jl. Gamelan Raya, and continue straight. Velha Djocdja, Baluarte do Principado de Java will be located at 59P8+89M, on your right side.

    You can take the Trans Jogja bus from any main stop. Board the bus heading towards the 'Jombor' route. Get off at the Stop 'Kraton', which is the closest to Velha Djocdja. From there, walk towards Jl. Gamelan Raya, and turn right. Continue walking until you reach the fortress at 59P8+89M.
