From downtown Burlington, head east on Jefferson Street towards Main Street. Continue on Jefferson Street until you reach the intersection with Route 61. Turn left onto Route 61 and follow it north. After about a mile, you will reach the intersection with Bridge Street. Turn right onto Bridge Street, and continue for about a quarter of a mile. The Waitsfield Covered Bridge will be on your left.

Take the local bus from Burlington's downtown area. Board the bus heading towards Waitsfield. The bus will take you along Route 61. Once you arrive at the stop for Bridge Street, alight and walk about a quarter of a mile down Bridge Street to reach the Waitsfield Covered Bridge, which will be on your left.
