Public Transit - Bus
Start at the Dubuque Intermodal Transportation Center located at 950 Elm St, Dubuque, IA. Board the Jule Bus Service Route 6, which heads toward the downtown area. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop nearest to the Mississippi Riverwalk. From there, walk towards the river, following the signs that lead to the Tri-border region. As you approach the river, you will see a sign marking the area where Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois meet.
