If you're driving, start on Great River Road (US Route 61) heading south. Merge onto I-64 E toward Maquoketa. After about 15 miles, take exit 149 for US-61 N toward Maquoketa. Continue on US-61 N for approximately 10 miles until you reach the town of Maquoketa. Once you enter Maquoketa, follow signs for Caves Road. Turn left on Caves Road and continue for about 3 miles until you reach the entrance of Maquoketa Caves State Park at 9688 Caves Rd, Maquoketa, IA 52060.
