    From the Newton City Hall, head south on Washington St toward E 2nd St. Turn right onto E 2nd St and then take a left onto S 3rd Ave. Continue straight until you reach E 4th St, then turn right. Follow E 4th St until it merges into Freedom Trl, where you will find the Brewer Fountain.
