Walking
From the center of Newton, head east on East 2nd Street towards East 1st Avenue. Continue straight until you reach East 4th Street and turn left. Walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with East 1st Street. Turn right and follow East 1st Street until it merges with East 2nd Avenue. Continue walking until you reach the Newton Public Library, which is a good landmark. From the library, head southeast on North 3rd Avenue until you reach the intersection with West 4th Street. Turn left onto West 4th Street and walk until you reach the Newton Depot, which is another helpful landmark. From there, continue south for a couple of blocks until you hit West 1st Street. Turn right onto West 1st Street and keep walking until you reach the bus station. Take the local bus that heads towards Boston and get off at the Downtown Boston stop. From there, it's a short walk to 200 Atlantic Ave where the Ghosts & Gravestones Tour is located.

Begin at the Newton Bus Station and take a bus towards Boston. Ensure the bus you're boarding is heading to Downtown Boston. Once you arrive at Downtown Boston, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, walk towards Atlantic Avenue (it should be visible from the bus stop). Head southwest on Atlantic Avenue for about two blocks until you reach 200 Atlantic Ave, the location of the Ghosts & Gravestones Tour.
