    From the center of Dubuque, head east on W 1st St toward S Main St. Continue onto US-61 N. After 3 miles, take the exit toward IA-32 E/Bellevue. Merge onto IA-32 E and drive for about 6 miles. Turn left onto Bellevue Heights Rd. Continue for about 1 mile, and you will find the EB Lyons Interpretive Center on your left at 8991 Bellevue Heights Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003.
