If you are in downtown Waterloo, start at the Waterloo Public Library located at 415 Commercial St. Head west on Commercial St towards 4th St. Continue walking straight for about 3 blocks until you reach the intersection with 2nd St. The Phelps Youth Pavilion is located at 225 Commercial St, just a short walk beyond the intersection on your right. Look for the entrance with colorful signage.

To reach Phelps Youth Pavilion using public transportation, locate the nearest bus stop for the Waterloo Public Transit system. Board any bus route that travels toward downtown Waterloo. Disembark at the stop closest to the intersection of Commercial Street and 4th Street. From there, walk south on Commercial Street for about two blocks, and you'll find Phelps Youth Pavilion at 225 Commercial St on your right. Single bus fares are typically around $1.25.

If you prefer to bike, make your way to the nearest bike path leading toward downtown Waterloo. Follow the bike path until you reach East 4th Street. Once you reach East 4th Street, head south until you reach Commercial Street. Turn left onto Commercial Street and continue for a short distance. Phelps Youth Pavilion will be on your right at 225 Commercial St. There is a bike rack available for parking your bike.
