Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in downtown Waterloo, start by heading north on Jefferson St towards W 4th St. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Fletcher Ave. Turn left onto Fletcher Ave and walk for about 0.3 miles. Hope Martin Memorial Park will be on your right-hand side at 276-286 Fletcher Ave.

  From the Waterloo Transit Center located at 300 E 4th St, take Bus Route 9 (North Side) heading towards the North Waterloo. Stay on the bus for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the stop at Fletcher Ave and 3rd St. From there, walk east on Fletcher Ave for about 0.2 miles. Hope Martin Memorial Park will be on your left at 276-286 Fletcher Ave. A single ride on the Waterloo Metropolitan Transit Authority (WMTA) bus costs $1.25.

• Driving

  Hope Martin Memorial Park is located at 276-286 Fletcher Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701. From downtown Waterloo, head north on US-63/University Ave. Turn right onto Fletcher Ave. The park will be on your right. Parking is available within the park. After the first FREE hour, on-street and ramp parking will be $1.00 per hour. For those parking on-street for more than four hours, the rate will be $2.00 per hour.
