From the National Cattle Congress grounds, the zoo is a short walk away. Follow the signs for the Sunrise Children's Zoo, which is located on the eastern side of the grounds. The walk is generally flat and easily accessible.

From downtown Waterloo, head north on Ansborough Avenue. The National Cattle Congress grounds will be on your left. Turn into the grounds and follow the signs to the Sunrise Children's Zoo.
