The Pappajohn Sculpture Park is located in downtown Des Moines and is easily accessible on foot. From the Des Moines Public Library, walk west on Locust Street for approximately three blocks. The park will be on your right, between 10th and 13th Streets. The walk is flat and pedestrian-friendly.

The Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) provides bus services to downtown Des Moines. Several routes stop near the park. The Pappajohn Sculpture Park is located at 1330 Grand Avenue in downtown Des Moines. From I-235, take the 31st Street exit and head south. Turn left onto Grand Avenue, and continue east. The park will be on your left. Metered street parking is available around the park. Parking is free on Sundays. Expect to pay around $1.25 per hour for metered parking during the week.
