If you are driving from the center of Choman, head southwest on the main road (Gali Kurdistan Street). Continue straight for about 40 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Erbil. Follow the signs for Erbil and merge onto the Erbil Ring Road. Take the exit towards 60 Meter Street and continue straight. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will see the entrance to Samî Abdulrahman Park on your right. There is no entrance fee, but parking may be available nearby.
