Walking
From the Erbil Citadel in the city center, walk northwest on 40 Meter Street for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with 30 Meter Street. Turn right onto 30 Meter Street and walk for another 5-10 minutes. Sakura Park will be on your left.
Public Transport
From the center of Erbil, find the nearest bus stop and board a bus heading towards Ainkawa. Inform the driver you wish to get off near Sakura Park. The bus ride takes approximately 20-30 minutes. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to the park entrance. A single bus fare is approximately 500 IQD.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Erbil. Simply tell the driver 'Sakura Park' or provide the address: 5XV8+X64, Erbil. Agree on the fare before starting your journey. A typical taxi fare from the city center ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 IQD. Using ride-hailing apps such as Careem is also an option.
