If you are already in Kilrush and prefer walking, take a scenic route towards Clahane Shore Area. From Kilrush Town Centre, head southwest on Francis Street and follow the R473 road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Clahane Shore Area. This walk takes about 30-40 minutes and offers views of the surrounding landscape.
Car
If traveling by car, start by navigating to the town of Ennis, a central location in County Clare. From Ennis, take the N85 road towards Kilrush. After approximately 15 kilometers, keep right onto the R473 towards the coastal area. Continue on this road until you reach the junction for the Unnamed Road leading to Clahane Shore Area. Turn onto the Unnamed Road; Clahane Shore Area will be on your left. Parking is available near the shore. Parking is free.
