If you are traveling by car, head towards the N11 road from your current location in County Wicklow. Follow the N11 southbound until you reach the exit for the R752 towards Avoca/Ballytrasna. Turn left onto the R752, and continue on this road for about 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Avondale House and Forest Park. Turn left onto the Avondale Road, and follow it until you reach the entrance to Avondale Walk on your right. Parking is available at the entrance.

To reach Avondale Walk using public transportation, take a bus from your current location to the nearest town with a bus station, such as Arklow or Wicklow Town. From either of these towns, you can take the Bus Éireann route that services the Avoca area. Make sure to check the schedule in advance, as the service may not run frequently. You will need to get off at the nearest stop to Avondale House. From there, it is a short walk to the entrance of Avondale Walk. If you are unsure, ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Avondale House.
