Bus
From Drogheda Town Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop at West Street. Look for Bus Eireann routes heading towards Dublin. Take the bus towards Dublin and ask the driver to let you know when to get off at the stop for Glasthule. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Glasthule, walk towards Park Road, and you will find People's Park a short walk away.
Train
Walk to Drogheda Train Station, located on the north side of the River Boyne. Purchase a ticket for the Dublin Pearse station on the Dublin Line. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Dublin Pearse, exit the station and take a bus (route 7 or 45A) heading towards Glasthule. Get off at the stop on Park Road. People's Park will be a short walk from the bus stop.
Walking
If you prefer a scenic walk, start from Drogheda Town Centre and head south towards the River Boyne. Follow the riverbank towards the south until you reach the railway bridge. Cross the bridge and continue walking along the river until you reach the junction with the R132. Turn left onto the R132 and follow the road until you reach the bus stop for services heading towards Dublin. From there, follow the bus instructions above.
