If you are near O'Connell Street, walk towards the River Liffey. Cross the O'Connell Bridge and turn left onto the riverbank. Follow the riverwalk until you reach the Samuel Beckett Bridge. Continue walking along the river until you come to the Sean O'Casey Footbridge. Dublin Discovered Boat Tours is located at the Custom House Quay, right next to the footbridge.
